Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

New, unworn, and unused merchandise in the original condition, will be refunded in the same manner as it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge).

If you would like a return label, please email hello@shopelizabethlee.com and we will deduct a fee from the total of your return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are always free! Please email hello@shopelizabethlee.com to request a replacement item. We will mail a return label to you to send the unwanted item back, and we will send out the new item for exchange.
